ERC-4337 Create Account - who pays for gas?
Until ERC-4337 becomes enshrined on all the networks, the cost of creating accounts will remain relatively high. This presents a dilemma to whoever onboards the user first - why should they get stuck paying the tx gas fees for all other dapps?
